Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of each gift box, we do not offer returns. We strive to find products that appeal to a wide array of interests, but we do realize that our recipients each have their own unique taste. If for some reason you or the recipient are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will do our very best to resolve the issue. Any breakage that may have occurred in transit must be reported within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement.

I am sending my package directly to the recipient will there be a packing slip included?

Nope! We take note of every order and will only ever include packing slips for gifts headed directly to the purchaser. 

What are your delivery options?

We happily offer free local delivery to residents of the Santa Clarita Valley here in California. For all other locations we currently ship to all 50 states via UPS or USPS

.When will my gift ship? 

Due to the detailed nature of each package please allow 1-3 business days to process your order for shipping. Transit time depends on your proximity to our location in Santa Clarita, California. Should you need expedited delivery please email info@packageandpress.com and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.
